Terms and Conditions (Updated 5th July 2023)

In order for us to provide the best experience for you please note the following conditions of hire:

  • Once a booking has been made and payment received then your castle is booked and we will do the rest.
  • We cannot hold products available for you and they are hired on a first come first served basis. Payment secures your hire. So its advisable to book through our website to secure your product. The £15 deposit is required to secure your hire. Please ensure at least the deposit is paid at the check out.
  • Remaining balances must be paid at least 10 days before your hire.
  • Delivery times are approximate and as a matter of courtesy we will call you 24 hours before the hire commences to confirm delivery times. We will endeavour to get to you at the specified time however certain factors like traffic, breakdowns, road closures may mean we may sometimes run late but we will ALWAYS keep you updated. There is an additional surcharge for specific drop off and pick up times i.e. indoor hires where you only have the room for a set period.
  • We always start our deliveries by 7.30am and usually complete them by 11am, pick ups must be no later than 8pm-Anything after this time there is an overnight surcharge added.
  • if you have specified a pick up between 6-8pm and we are running late through no fault of yours then no surcharge is requested by us.
  • In the event that we cannot pick the castle up through no fault of our own then there is a surcharge of £70 overnight and each night we can't pick up the castle through no fault of our own.
  • Collections will be made at the agreed time and its important that we are able to collect the castle at the agreed time. Please leave the castle inflated so that we can check it over before we pack away.
  • In the event that the hire cannot go ahead due to EXTREME weather ( wind speeds and GUSTS of over 24 miles per hour or heavy prolonged rainfall) then we shall either refund you or rearrange your hire. We shall always check the forecast and ring you 24 hours before the hire to discuss all options.
  • If the event has been running for at least 50% of the time and the weather turns, unfortunately we won't be able to refund you.
  • The area where the product goes must be flat and clear of any rubbish or sharp objects, if in the event the areas is not suitable on arrival we will not be able to proceed with the hire and no refund to be given.
  • We must have access to a power supply (standard house socket) of no more than 20M away from the castle blower.
  • We will not and cannot by law provide a castle outdoors on hard standing (driveways, patios, artificial grass etc...) as we can't anchor the castle safely to the ground. We require at least 6 anchor points.
  • If we are unable to anchor to the ground suitably and you have specified we can then the hire shall not proceed and no refund given.
  • On delivery of a castle the operator /delivery person shall go through a safety check with you and explain the operation of the castle do's and don'ts. You must sign this waiver before any hire proceeds. We shall not be liable for any injury caused by mis use of the castle. Failure to sign the waiver will invalidate the insurance and the hire cannot go ahead and no refund will be given.
  • It is your responsibility to supervise and ensure that the users are following all guidelines. Adult supervision is constantly required (over 16 years of age)
  • Any damage to the equipment must be paid for in full by the hirer.
  • The deposit option of £15 is non refundable. This payment secures the date of hire only and the remaining balance should be paid 10 days prior to secure your booking. If the remaining balance is not paid then your booking will be cancelled.
  • Our delivery slots are between 8am-12pm and collections 6-8pm same day. (unless specified for multi day hires).
  • NO FOOD, DRINK, FACEPAINT, PARTY POPPERS OR SHARP OBJECTS SHOULD BE USED ON THE EQUIPMENT AND ALL EQUIPMENT HIRED OUT SHALL BE RETURNED AS FOUND.
  • Fun Bouncy castle hire Limited take no responsibility for damage to floors (indoor hires) or damage to grass surfaces after the products have been used. The hirer fully accepts liability for any damage at any venue and Fun bouncy castle is indemnified against any claims. Every effort is made to ensure no damage is left but this is up to the hirer to check and proceed with the booking.
  • By signing these terms and conditions you agree and understand all the above.
