What do you have available? our availability checker on our website is great to check if a product is available, simply click on the castle and date and post code, if its available it will then allow you to book. If its not available it will offer other options. Simply fill out the online form so we capture all your details and leave the rest to us!
How big are the castles and will they fit in my garden/venue-all our sizes and specs of our products can found under each product listing online (in the size option) this will show you how big of an area we need and height for indoors. If we arrive at a venue and the castle doesn't fit then no refund is available-its important to check.!
How do you power the castles? We require a plug socket per castle no more than 20m away. We supply the extension leads and blowers. For events that are in open fields or where distance is a problem then we do have generators and petrol blowers but these are an added cost. All extension leads, blowers are PAT tested and waterproof.
Why can't you put my castle on concrete or hardstanding OUTSIDE?=The reason is very simple. In order for us to safely set up we must be able to anchor the castle down in all anchor points USING OUR Ft long anchor pegs. Drilling thunder bolts into tarmac is expensive, time consuming and not worth the hassle. you would also need 40 sandbags per anchor point-If the wind speed is above 24mph (including forecast gusts) if the castle is not secure it could fly away and potentially fatally injure someone.
For indoor hires there is no wind-so sandbags are used at anchor points.
The venue is requesting your insurance docs-are you insured? Yes absolutely we are-we have 5million pound liability insurance and documents are available on request should your venue require them.
How much does it cost to run the castle fan all day-it only costs around 10p per hour to run.
How far do you deliver? We cover all of Cheshire and North Staffordshire and mileage is automatically added to your basket online so there are no hidden extra charges.
Who sets the castle up?-We do! we pride ourselves on excellent service and we would set up and secure the castle to ensure its safe to use.
How do i know the castles are safe? Every castle is built to BSEN:14960 Regulations and PIPA compliant. They come with safety certificates and are inspected and tested every 12 months. We are fully insured-all up to date PIPA test certificates can be found under the section 'TESTS' on each product. Once we set a castle we inspect and go through a check list to ensure we are operating safely at all times.
Can adults use the castles? -we have a wide selection of castles and suitability can be found under the section 'suitability' on each product. We have smaller castles for 1-5, medium castles for 5-12 and big castles for 12 years and over.
What times do you set up and pick up the castles? We try to be flexible and work around you. Our standard deliveries are 7am- 12pm and pick up 6pm-8pm same day. We do offer overnight weekend hires. We try to get deliveries done often by mid morning depending on our bookings for the day. You can request later or specific drop off or pick up times on the booking form if you are at a venue with tight deadlines. We will always endeavour to meet your needs.
How much does it cost to hire your castles?-Our prices start from £75 a day for a hire. The price increases depending on how far away you are and type of castle and added extras products-to cover our delivery costs. The shopping basket automatically updates the price.
How do I book?-Simply get in touch with us-The easiest way is to book direct online. You can now check availability, price and book your castle online through our website.

Can you use the Castles in rain?-The castles have a built in rain cover so in light rain it's absolutely fine, we wouldn't recommend using the castle in very heavy continuous rain.-If the weather turned for the worse on the day of hire we would either refund or re schedule.
Can we hire indoors?-yes absolutely, check castle heights under each product to check it fits the venue height and floor space.
What happens if its too windy? -For an outside hire we always always anchor the castle down safely in all anchor points. If wind speed is above 24mph then the hire must not go ahead. We conduct wind speed checks using an anemometer and record the results prior to hire. We will also leave the device if required so you can measure the wind speed. An early decision is often made if a weather warning is in place-your safety is our number one priority.
Who sets up the equipment-We do! we ensure all our equipment is ready, safe and clean for your hire so you can relax knowing its all taken care of.
Can you accept card payments?-when you make a booking online you can pay pay card at the checkout, you then receive a confirmation email..
Deposits? You can now secure our equipment for only £15 via our website. This secures the date of hire. This is non refundable if you need to cancel due to no fault of our own.
Do you offer any discounts? Yes we do! There are discounts on multi days hires, the more you book the more you save, discounts on midweek hires and also bundles and packages to suit all needs. These offers and discounts are all automatically done for you on your booking.
